THE CAT'S MEOW

This darkly atmospheric period piece about 1920's Hollywood turned to the state of the art facilities of solar to achieve it's grand style.

ELEVATOR WEEKEND

Solar produced and completed "Elevator Weekend", the story of Lee, an illegal immigrant trapped in an elevator for a weekend.

 

Inspired by a true story, this film presents the tragic world of illegal immigrants in New York City.

FILMING
From concept to shooting, our objective is to bring your ideas to fruition with the most effective use of your resources.

Our professional crew is well equipped with top-of-the-line cameras and shooting equipment, adept at producing and shooting projects from spontaneous documentaries, to elegant or energetic corporate videos, to meticulously-planned, imaginative feature films, shorts, and commercials.
EDITING
Our 13-ft, loft-styled editing suites, equipped with specially designed lighting and full size couches, provide a comfortable and professional working enviroment for editors, directors and producers to command their workflow.

Our editors work closely with directors and producers to ensure the structure, narrative, pace and mood of the final product matches the original concept. Our own in-house editing facilities allows us to deliver your project in any format or resolution and work to tight deadlines.
SOUND
Our Pro Tools suite has the industry’s top-of the line plug-ins, which enable a crisp and full mix.

Our sound-proofed, full floating recording studio is connected directly to our sound editing suite via a glass window. It is ideal for V.O., foley, ADR, and music recording. Producers or Directors can communicate with their talents face to face.
